SMS-Track have since 2005 provided this survey tool for gathering data via two way text messaging. Text messages as survey tool enables higher response rates than other survey methods – up to 90 % and sometimes even higher.
Questions are send out as text messages and when answer is received the next question is sent out. The schedule is prepared as a general schedule but is initiated dependent upon creation of each respondent. This means each respondent is followed very closely however in identical survey schedules.
Combine your text message survey with one or several web based surveys in the same schedule in order to create the best covering survey possible.
