When operating with many participants it may be beneficial to reduce time to administer creation and deletion of Respondents. With the feature Automatic Opt-Out, Respondents will automatically be removed from SMS-Track by texting the keyword “Stop”.
In addition SMS-Track can via a separate feature, prepare a weekly report containing events of Respondents opting out during the week.
For compliance reasons in certain kind of surveys, it is relevant for the customers to allow participants to opt-out.
Answers from participants opting out can be identified in the database, so these data are not lost.
